Licence to export cargos from ports of the United Kingdom to any ports of Spain not blockaded by the British fleet. Used 13 April 1805 by Samuel Hutchings, master of the brig Ulysses of Portsmouth, N.H., to transport grain from Liverpool to S. Lucca, Spain.
